We believe that being involved from the start of a project to the end will result in a better quality part at a lower price with fewer problems. Therefore, Diversified Plastics offers free design assistance to our customers. Whether you are new to plastics or have been designing in this media for years, we can provide another set of eyes to review the part for ease of molding or reduced tooling costs. Not only are we experienced with injection molding design but can assist with overall product design. Our Engineers have years of experience and are ready to help.

Diversified Plastics is also capable of supplying plastic prototyping samples either machined or FDMs or SLAs or by building a prototype mold in our inhouse tool shop. Each project is different so everyone may require a different style of prototyping. Where one company needs an SLA for form and fit, another company may need an injection molded plastic part that is a replica of the finished product for function testing, including plastic flow, parting line, gate location and ejector marks.
